Kent did not say anything about timing, so there is no misrepresentation

Kent's statement about vendetta was about Milton.  He did not mention you, 
so that is another item that has not been misrepresented by Kent.

Evidently you are unaware that DNSO constituencies derive from ICANN and 
the DNSO and have accountability to then.  Perhaps you should read the 
relevant documents such as the ICANN bylaws.

So, Dany, yes it would be quite good to be clear.  As a small beginning, 
please do not accuse others of creating misrepresentations.  Your own 
accusation contained plenty of misrepresentation on its own.
