Chun:

You are misunderstanding the spirit of the NCDNHC charter. What you are
saying is outside the reality of the staff and Board Directors members that
works in Non-Commercial organizations around the world. Also what you are
stating is beyond of what
NCDNHC charter states.

Again, the voting status is for organizations not for members. If an
organization (not the delegate) belongs to another constituency, the
organization has a non-voting status (in fact, this is independe on who is
the delegate).

If a delegate is delegate in other constituency, it is more obvius that in
this case, an organization has to change its delegate (because the charter
makes such provision).

But to ask that someone that is delegate in the Non-Commercial constituency
doesn't engage as personal business in commercial activities...this is like a
sin!!! I don't know how in Korea works, but in the other parts of the world,
unless you work for a International Cooperation Agency, working for a
Non-Commercial organization is not the main source of living, and it is not
the main nor only activity (whether rewarded or voluntary) of many of us,
even if we are full time staff of such Non-Commercial organization.

Again, if you want to add to the charter a provision that explicit prevents
delegates to engage in other activities, do it in the
within the official process of the NCDNHC and put it into the consideration
of the NCDNHC members. As the charter is now,
only the organizations are prevented to engage in commercial activities (not
the delegate).

If this won't be done, there's no reason for make requests to any delegate of
a NCDNHC member, as Milton and you are doing of such nature.

And, by the way, do you ever imagine a delegate of a Non-Commercial
organization betraying its own organization by speaking in behalf of the
organization in favor of policies that will damage the Non-Commercial
organization such delegate represent?
If the members or staff or Board of Directors of a non-Commercial
organization is trusting in its delegate, there's no reason for the
NCDNHC members to not trust in such delegate.

Best Regards
Vany
