Milton, apparently you are unable to distinguish between participation in a 
group discussion, versus failure to perform an assigned duty.

Are you claiming that Vany has failed to perform her job as a 
representative of the constituency?  If so, please document it.

If not, please find a way to stop trying to stifle all speech you disagree 
with.

Along the way, you should also consider apologizing to Vany for such rude 
treatment of her.

ps.  As Vany notes, the constituency's rough consensus on this matter is 
not nearly as clear as you so cavalierly claim.
