Happy New Year !

Actually the Fellowship for Marrakesh was closed mid Decembre, plus since
it s a Policy Forum, only previous Fellows can apply, newcomers can't. (
Fr: Au fait, la Fellowship pour Marrakesh est fermė depuis mi Decembre, en
plus c est un Policy forum donc seulement les anciens fellows peuvent
postuler.)
