Please, why have you closed the processus before the end of day and the
hour stated in the announcement ? We are january 11 and it's just 02:14
utc. I have a candidate who wanted to participate and she was working on
iT.
Please ,  Could you advise ?

Merci chère Inès de suivre cette situation pour nous. J'ai des candidates
qui voudrait bien postuler à cette demande de bourse de voyage et sont
surpris de constater que c'est fermé avant l'heure annoncée soit 23:59.
