I'm excited this is taking shape. Thanks again Ines for the first draft, I
will make more suggestions on it as I research on the topic.

I notice the AIS has not issued a call for proposal yet, so we still don't
know the info required. However, there's no harm in preparing drafts
earlier as it will give us more time to discuss on our participation at the
event.

@Arsene, you mentioned about our strategy and I remember there is a
document developed by Afralo. Is it possible we follow up on it and see how
we can work together with the GSE , Afralo as NCUC Africa members?

Also, I had some initial thoughts on outreach that I would also like
member's input. I think our outreach will also be effective if we cover
issues of general participation by African civil societies. Here' the draft
