[Membership-affairs] Sending a reminder email to fill the NCUC survey

Hi Maryam,

Below is a text I propose to send to NCUC members individually. If you have
an automated merge tool for each individual recipient, you can replace the
actual name in the "Dear <name>," below. Otherwise, you could just have it
start with "Dear NCUC member,". Feel free to edit the below as you see
appropriate.

If you have not yet filled in the NCUC member engagement survey sent a
couple of weeks ago via the NCUC-DISCUSS mail list, this is a reminder so
you could do so as soon as possible via this link:

We hope you would recognize the effort exerted by the NCUC membership
affairs team to construct the survey and seek your perspective, which you
could provide anonymously.

Filling in the survey will probably require no more than 10 minutes of your
time. The more respondents we get, the better we can assess the needs of
our members and suggest potential steps to improve their engagement.

The deadline is in just over one week (March 31), which is approaching
fast. So please fill the survey at your earliest convenience.

If you have any questions or comments on the survey, please send an email
to the coordinator of the membership affairs team Walid Al-Saqaf on
