[NCUC Finance] Hosting the NCUC E-Platform

Yes, the general model out to be that teams work issues to the point of there being either consensus or a clearly represented split on options, and then the EC discusses and agrees based on these inputs.  If the EC's view differs from the team's or the team was divided, probably it's sensible to have at least another round of dialogue between the two to see if differences can be bridged, the EC reconsiders its stance, etc.  But at some point it has to end if we are to get things done, and the buck stops with the elected EC (except on videos or other Ancien Régime matters :-)
