[NCUC E-team] Suggestion for website update

Hi James

Thanks for doing this, interesting.  To be honest though I’m less aesthetically bored with the existing site than you are (although I wish people would provide more content), and the volunteers who developed it not long ago might feel funny about us changing it already.  Maybe revisit next year?
