Yes. I've been thinking about that too.
Nothing hard there, except deciding what's needed.

Maybe chairman at ncuc.org, treasurer at ncuc.org
(or secretary at ncuc.org), ...?

Do we want personal @ncuc.org -addresses for EC members
or maybe for all members?
