Most have stalled waiting for the VPS purchase to go ahead.

list name, I don't know what it is, but I'll happily accept
whatever you declare. :-)

We've got about six weeks to go. Not much in view of how slowly we've
been moving so far, but if we get the VPS up and running perhaps
it'll reboot our initial enthusiasm...
