[NCUC E-team] VPS Purchase

Hi

Thanks for rebooting the conversation, Wilson.  There are multiple loose ends in the wind with regard to the e-Team, if for no other reason that it's the furthest along of the bunch (the first movers' dilemma).  For the benefit of those of us who've lost the plot, could we maybe get an integrated update on where things stand with the various initiatives we've discussed, some of which we've announced to the general membership?  New listservs (the EC can presumably at this point be declared to have consensus on proposals from here), consolidation of e-resources, website updates and eventual refresh, etc?

It'd be really great if we had some concrete deliverable to discuss on Constituency Day in Beijing, including because we based travel support decisions on the expectation thereof and others have asked since…
