[NCUC-EC] E: NCUC EC Rep Appointment (urgent)

Thanks Benjamin and Julf for the clarifications. It would be good to know:

1.	In response to Amin’s offer… while the various governance documents are silent on many matters, is there a standard practice or precedent of one individual performing both NCUC-EC and NCSG-EC roles simultaneously.
2.	I note the “urgent” nature of the request, Is there a deadline for making this selection?
3.	Are we selecting one or two NCSG-EC members?

 

Since it is up to the NCUC-EC to appoint the NCSG-EC members, it would be useful to sketch out some criteria for performing this role.

Thank you for your emails; we are putting out a call for the vacant positions in NCSG that require an appointment as soon as possible.

 

We will need new candidates to respond to these positions, I believe as an EC you can help us reach out to the region you are representing to help source for suitable candidates,

representatives can be reconfirmed, it should not be an
automatic action - it would be appropriate to look at if
they still are the best choice or whether there would be
other suitable candidates as well.
