[Pt53] Progressing the NCUC Outreach Event in BA

Dear Bill and all,
In order to move on, what about recovering the last draft related to the
agenda so as to check tha availabity of the speakers and to see if we can
make suggest some reginoal ones?
Adela and I can start updating the .doc with all the name that have
circulated so far.
