Maryam, when Adela’s request goes through could you please approve it?

Thanks Analia, really glad you’re willing to take charge here in moving things along. Yes before doing a formal invite we will need to a hard confirmation from ICANN staff of the room and time.  Per previous, it should be Saturday June 20 4-6pm followed by reception.

So I suggest we proceed to a) work out the agenda and b) add names to the list for invites, and when we get the final green light from staff we can send them out.
