This is a kind reminder that our deadline is tomorrow, and we have only the
votes of the people who manifested their position in the call.

We have only two votes in the When2Meet, and, at least for now, the second
one cannot be counted because of instructions provided in the call and in
the previous message.

I would also like to highlight that, although I'm a great enthusiast of
creating new engagement opportunities, if the members of this task force
don't have enough time availability, this is not the ideal task to engage
with the constituency. When we start the substantial work, if we are not
being attentive to the asynchronous tasks and instructions, even one or two
people could significantly delay the work of the whole group - and here we
have deadlines demanded by the Operating Procedures themselves.
