Hi Raymond!

Thanks for your comments there. However, a few of them (those that suggest
text changes before the text goes out for the community) belong to the
OPRTF phase that has already ended.

We are now signaling what are the controversies that remain (that is why
this moment was named like this) and adding rationales, not suggesting any
changes to the text - but those changes can be suggested, without any
problem, in the Public Comment phase coming up, which is also not
restricted to the purple text, because any member can bring up new ideas to
any part of the working text.
