NCUC will have its first policy course during the Porto Rico meeting, and
we still have for slots available for participation.

Tomorrow - 21Feb at 21UTC - it's the first of our very important sessions

This  pre-webinar will happen again on 23Feb (at 13 UTC) but make sure
attend any of those times, we made different times to try and match more
timezones.
