Thank you for your reply and interest in participation.

About the theme:  "creating awareness for citizens to participate in DNS
policy" - it's an important one and I'll message you for us to work on it.

About the participation in civil society of representatives from other
stakeholder groups, I understand your frustration.
This is a wider problem in internet governance and truer in developing
countries.
"Using many hats" is quite common.
But accountability and transparency are also very important for
participation as a civil society actor and this is truly difficult to
obtain from some participants.
So, in the end, there is a balance.
You will find it here, as well as in other civil society spaces, finding
the paths and following the right processes can be done and you can
accomplish true participation.
It takes time and patience, it may not be too easy, you may want to give up
sometimes, but you are very welcome to try it and it is worth it.
