[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] Expression of Interest-NCUC NomCom Delegate

Hello everyone.  I regret to report that I have to step away from the
work on the Nomcom, due to personal circumstances.  I know that Canada
does not likely make the news cycles in your jurisdictions, but we are
facing a recession and I am no longer at liberty to spend half my time
doing volunteer work at ICANN.  I am very sorry, but am hoping that we
still have time to choose a new delegate from the NCUC, and have that
person attend training at the annual meeting.  I will continue to
participate until I am replaced if that is permissible.

Again, I cannot apologise enough for leaving.  This has been a very
diffcult decision.

kind regards

Stephanie Perrin
