Dear Stephanie,

Thank you for informing us. We fully understand and respect your decision,
particularly given the personal circumstances you have outlined.

On behalf of the NCUC, I would like to sincerely acknowledge and thank you
for the considerable time, dedication, and expertise you have devoted to
the Nominating Committee and to the NCUC more broadly. Your service and
commitment are deeply appreciated.

Please do not feel the need to apologise. We are grateful for your
willingness to continue participating during the transition period, subject
to the applicable arrangements.

I will inform the NCUC Executive Committee accordingly, and we will
initiate the necessary process to identify a replacement as soon as
possible, allowing sufficient time for the new delegate to participate in
the training at the Annual General Meeting.

We wish you all the best as you attend to your personal and professional
priorities.

Kind regards,

*Wisdom Donkor* (CASP+, CISM, CEH Certified,)
