The webinar will explore the real-world impacts of DNS abuse mitigation
measures on civil society and end users across different regions. It will
examine how enforcement actions are implemented in practice, assess
implications for due process, freedom of expression, and access to the
Internet, and highlight the gap between policy development and operational
realities. Particular attention will be given to perspectives from both
developing and developed regions.

This session is *open to all*, and we warmly encourage IGF
stakeholders—including civil society actors, technical community members,
policymakers, researchers, and youth participants—to attend and engage in
the discussion. We would also appreciate your support in sharing this
invitation across IGF networks and platforms.
