The webinar will examine the real-world impacts of DNS abuse mitigation
measures on civil society and end users. It will focus on how enforcement
actions are implemented in practice and assess whether existing frameworks
sufficiently protect due process and human rights. The session also aims to
bridge the gap between policy development and operational realities, while
elevating perspectives from diverse regions.
