[NCUC-EC] Final Approval of the new NCUC Operating Procedures

Dear EC,

As we agreed during yesterday's meeting, and after consulting with Andrea
regarding the decision of the majority of votes, I have the pleasure to
announce that the EC has approved the new version of the NCUC Operating
Procedures, as attached, following the community consultation on ICANN84,
during the NCSG Constituencies session.

Pedro has also prepared a consolidated Google Docs for us to add comments
about corrections needed (grammatical ones, for example) before
publication, so we can upload the new file to our website and wiki. Here is

It was a long process, but very fruitful, so congratulations to all of us
