[NCUC-EC] Subject: Welcome to the NCUC Operating Procedures Review Task Force

Hi Houda, Ken,

It wasn't a doodle, there were three options listed on the first message,
sent on May 2nd. Those are the times that me and Namra could do. I'm really
sorry, but I also don't have any possibility of doing the meeting next week
besides May 15th, and only on those three windows. Also, these days I need
to plan things well in advance, so now the following week is also almost
fully booked, and I'd really like to start this work to avoid overlaps with
other projects. I kindly ask that we all read timely the emails exhanged,
even if they are a bit long, so we can work smoothly on this effort.

It is, however, possible to contribute and vote asynchronously - we will
record and share the meeting, so those that cannot participate also have a
voice in the decisions.

No messages were sent in the specific mail list until now - the first one
will be the link for the meeting.
