Following the deadline, Andrea shared the list of volunteers for the
Operating Procedures review task force, which I believe everyone has seen.
Pedro also provided detailed text along with a proposed schedule for moving
forward.

To avoid any delays, I kindly ask all ECs to provide their approval by
tomorrow if they are satisfied with the names received so far.
