Dear Milton,

I trust you are well.
In the NCUC EC Meeting of April 14th, the EC approved a project that will
cost 2800 USD to be implemented. The UDRP is potentially undergoing a
critical review in Phase 2 of Rights Protection Mechanisms in the next
months, so we are planning a half-day ICANN82 session that aims to inform
and equip NCSG policy-makers, especially GNSO Councillors, with insights
and strategies for meaningful engagement. The session will foster
understanding, debate key issues, and define actionable steps and a
non-commercial strategy. More details can be found in:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f_e9y_rCe7o2TQv0Y5jOzEY5BX12Cm4P5nZPCaw9xpk/edit?tab=t.0
)

Because of that, we kindly ask you to transfer 2800 USD to the 501(c)(3)
organization, Domain Name Rights Coalition (DNRC), run by Kathy Kleiman,
who will manage the funds to avoid overburdening you with multiple payments
that will be required to organize the session.

I copied Karthy and Pedro on this email. They will provide you with any
additional information you may need.

I look forward to your continued support.

Thank you,
