[NCUC-EC] Urgent: NCUC Representatives to NCSG FC

Dear EC,

I have had discussions with Rafik regarding the NCSG FC appointment. He
noted that, while the FC was active for some period, its impact was limited
due to the lack of a budget or financial resources to manage. Currently,
there is a need for an FC to assist in focussing on ICANN's budget and
operational plans and ensuring that our community has meaningful input into
this critical budgeting process. This will require individuals who can read
financial statements, budgets, operational plans etc. and also understand
GNSO and NCSG needs.

On this note, there is an urgent need to fill this position and I need to
hear from each one of you in order for Andrea to assist in announcing the
