[NCUC-EC] New Year Greetings and EC & PCs Announcements

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a joyful, restful holiday season, filled
with reflection and a chance to recharge.

As we embark on this exciting new year, I want to take a moment to express
my gratitude for your unwavering commitment, leadership, and the incredible
contributions you've made over the past years. Your dedication and hard
work have been instrumental to NCUC's successes, and I look forward to
another year of collaboration and growth.

On that note, I am pleased to inform the EC that, following the completion
of the NCSG EC and PCs nomination and NCUC EC voting processes, the
following individuals have been successfully selected and appointed. Their
names have been submitted to Rafik Dammak (NCSG Chair):
