[NCUC-EC] Invitation to Milton for NCSG Financial Committee Position

Hi,
  We already received an application... why are we not considering that? It
is better for the Treasurer and the FC Chair to be different persons such
that we are not wholly dependent on any one person for financial matters
and their tasks can also be divided if needed.

Also wrt to the Treasurer role (and this was something we brought up in
last EC too):
There has never been an "election" for the treasurer. Milton has pretty
much had that role for eternity. The bylaws state..."The Treasurer shall be
responsible for depositing any contributions, managing the Constituency
bookkeeping and accounting, and regularly reporting to the EC regarding
finances and accounts."

We have never received any financial report. Before nominating him to any
position, perhaps we should make sure he fulfills his role as current
Treasurer.

I do not support the invitation.
