Hi Amin, Sara, EC,
The strategy seems great!
Two things I'd like to suggest:
- I think that work on social media can be easily replicated in
different platforms with a few adjustments to images and texts. It looks
like the best way to categorize and divide the work to be done would be to
have the people divided by tasks (for example, creation of images, creation
of texts, reviewing, posting, etc), and then providing versions for
different social media platforms. This would possibly avoid duplication of
efforts. The strategy suggests something along this path in the "Roles &
Team Structure", but the division of names is done regarding social media
platforms instead.
- I think the most important part of our external image is our website
(and the one we would need the most effort on to solve the issues we
currently face), more than social media, and it also serves as a repository
for important resources. It would be great to understand a little bit
better what the ideas are on how to proceed (i.e. what needs to be updated,
which pages can be joined together, etc., the things we mentioned in our EC
meetings about the comms team work) and the work timeline on this side,
because the plan as it is right now says that only two people will work on
the whole thing, but without any info regarding purpose or frequency.
Cordially,
*Pedro de Perdigão Lana*
