[NCUC-EC] ICANN 83 CROP Application

Dear all,

Following up on my initial email and the deadline for receiving
recommendations from all ECs, I am pleased to share the outcome.

After carefully reviewing the submissions of both candidates, Michaela and
Muhamed, I am pleased to confirm Michaela. She is actively engaged in NCUC
work related to DNS Abuse, RDRS, and HRIA, and has been a consistent in
contributing to NCUC policy discussions and  currently represents NCUC  on
the NCSG Policy Committee.

In recognition of her continued efforts and active involvement,  I confirm
her to receive the CROP for ICANN 83.

Andrea, you may please proceed to announce Michaela as the receiver of
ICANN 83 Crop.
