[NCUC-EC] Vote: Application of Mohamed Farahat as a NCUC member

Hi everyone,

Part of the NCSG EC work is to approve new members to the NCSG, NPOC, and
NCUC. However, when someone who is already a member of one of these groups
apply to be a part of the other (f. ex., someone who joined as a
representative of a NPOC organization wants to be a part of the NCUC), the
decision is delegated to the respective constituency.

Mohamed Farahat is one of these cases. He is already a member of NCSG. His
new application was for the NCUC, and, as part of both ECs, me and Amin
were designated to raise this to you.
