I am almost sure that there is no clash between council meeting and constituencies meetings. I checked and there was non (it doesn’t make sense anyway). I have cc’d Andrea to tell me if I am wrong. But if you have no promised to speak at any other session Stephanie, you are fine.

Hello Stephanie.

Hi Kathy. With apologies if you have been contacted already on this topic….but…along with my copied colleagues I am trying to coordinate the NCUC Issue forum at the meeting next week.

When we put together the agenda, which has “registrant rights” at the overall theme, we have considered that your participation, with some remarks regarding PPSAI, would be most welcome.  We realize the timing is hardly ideal for remote participates for a morning session in Kigali (which is UTC + 2), so please let me know if this is possible for you. We are looking at somewhere around 8 or so minutes per intervention.
