[NCUC-EC] NGOs/ Universities communication for Istanbul meeting

Thank you for your responses.

Pedro, I will draft the initial email and share it with all of you for your
input before sending it out. I welcome any modifications to ensure that we
send out the best possible communication for the forum meeting.

Iness, we need to decide on the support we require from the local staff.
Istanbul is quite large, and it may be challenging to move around during
the meeting days. I propose that we consider holding the meetings at the
convention centre.

What are your thoughts on this?
