[NCUC-EC] NGOs/ Universities communication for Istanbul meeting

Dears Chair and Colleagues,

During a call with ICANN staff at the Istanbul office yesterday, I inquired
about the NCUC's plan to engage with local NGOs and universities to invite
them to our session during ICANN81.
Seher Sağıroğlu has offered to assist us with this. She is based in ICANN's
Middle East and Africa Regional Office in Istanbul and serves as the
Stakeholder Engagement Senior Specialist for the Middle East & Africa
region.
I would like to request your input before preparing a professional email
for her.
