Hi everyone,

We had some further conversations and realized we could proceed without
divergences, both proposals were actually well-aligned and we did not
realize that immediately because of a few misunderstandings through the
email exchange.

The Global Partners proposal was an initial idea that we should collaborate
and build upon to add our concerns, speakers and other contributions. I
believe it is up to us now to add our own ideas to deepen those that were
brought to us, giving a twist related to human rights and the work NCUC is
doing and has done in ICANN related to this theme.

Cordially,
