[NCUC-EC] ncuc.org seems to be down

Dear all,

First of all, the problem has now been fixed and the site
is up again, so the situation is no longer urgent.

As for the notifications, at the moment they go to:

(1) Brenden, who holds the registrant email and manages the payments in
practice - the problem was a typo in credit card change;

(2) Bruna, who is the admin contact as former NCUC Chair, perhaps that
should be changed; and

(3) Milton, who is the billing contact as the treasurer of NCUC.

Also, the technical contact is David Cake (but I don't think
he gets billing-related notifications). I don't know how much
he's been involved of late, perhaps someone else would be better
for that role.

In addition I have been given effective administrative access by
Brenden, so I can help with things at Gandi, but I'm just a backup
there, I don't get notifications &c.
