Hello volunteers of the Continuous Improvement Program Community
Coordination Group (CIP-CCG),

Thank you for joining the inaugural meeting of the CIP-CCG. Please find the
17 January meeting recording, summary report, and other action items and r
esources on the <https://community.icann.org/x/ToIYEQ>meeting page here
<https://community.icann.org/x/ToIYEQ>. After meetings, we will draw
your attention
to action items via the mailing list.

Please note the following action items for the CIP-CCG, for our next
scheduled meeting on *7 February at 14 UTC*:

   - *Bring back information about what your groups are doing as part of
your own continuous improvement efforts.* *We ask that you provide input
   on this *

   document

(columns D-G)**, and prepare to present up to 2 minutes on your group's
existing **activities, if any, during the 7 February meeting. *We know
that many of you are already doing work toward continuous improvement. We
want to get a sense of what that work looks like so that we can tap into
what you are already doing and not reinvent the wheel, where not necessary.

For context, a definition for continuous improvement provided during the
inaugural meeting:

*Continuous improvement is an ongoing process of identifying, analyzing,
and making incremental improvements to systems, processes, products, or
services. Its purpose is to drive efficiency, improve quality, and value
delivery while minimizing waste, variation, and defects. The continual
improvement process is driven by ongoing feedback, collaboration, and data.

   - *W*e ask each of the Community Coordination Group representatives to
regularly engage with your community leadership throughout the calendar
year 2024. Please Identify a potentially relevant working group or
recurring community meeting where you can update your community and solicit
feedback on this important work of the Community Coordination Group.

   - *Determine whether a rapporteur is needed from the CIP-CCG volunteers.
*A community rapporteur can help document and represent
   CIP-CCG discussions (refer to current

amended accordingly. This topic can be discussed during AOB at our next
   meeting.
