Hello,

Okay, I will try to do some adjusting of the NCSG PC session, making it two 1-hour sessions. As soon as I have moved them I will send a new PDF. Do note there are several WG and IRT sessions on the weekend so it will be inevitable that there will be conflicts.

Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Andrea

Hi Manju,

I am fine with the suggestion, I think that will help to prepare and follow-up for council sessions, by splitting in two dedicated sessions.
I will reach out to GAC too then. I was thinking if we resume having joint meetings with ALAC. SSAC can be another candidate for the meeting. I cannot promise we cannot get all or we can find the time to do so but worthy to reach out either for Seattle or for next meetings.

Best,

Rafik

Hi all,

How about adding one 60-min PC session on Saturday (15:00) and cut the Tuesday one to 60-min?

We can use the first one to discuss/prepare for all of our bilaterals; for the Tuesday one, councilors can bring back insights from the council working sessions and we'll be in a better position to discuss the agenda items of the Council meeting.

Should we try to arrange a session with the GAC too? If not possible, maybe can do one online before Seattle.

Best,
Manju

Hi Andrea,

I think we can move the policy session instead to Sunday or Saturday as we can prepare for council meetings and/or joint council meetings. Let's hear from other members.

Best,

Rafik

Yes, Board Operations will ask for topics/questions for the Board before the meeting. I could move the NCSG Membership session to Saturday at 15:00. We don’t know who will be part of the SCCI yet, so that would be a conflict for them. Or I could move it to Sunday at 15:00.

Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the clarification.
I missed that Board-NCSG session at 9:00. For another session for PC, I will leave it to Tomslin and PC if they support that. It also means we have to prepare the meeting with Board prior to ICANN82.

Best,

Rafik

Hello,

I am happy to move any of the sessions you would like, if we can find a slot that doesn’t conflict with something else.

If you don’t want any session booked against GNSO Working Sessions I can try to move them. For the NCUC Issue Forum they want 90 min which are hard to come by.
As far as NCSG PC, we cannot have a session at 9am on that day as that is when NCSG is meeting with the Board. Do you want another session for NCSG PC? You want more than 90 min?

I also have a tab that tells me which members are part of IRTs and WGs so I am trying not to conflict with those as well. Please take a look at the schedule and let me know where you see slots that you prefer.

Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the draft schedule.

For Saturday, I am wondering if it is ok to have an NCPH session on the first day, I assume it is fine but we won't have to prepare internally.
For Sunday, it seems odd to have NCUC and NPOC against GNSO council working sessions.
For Tuesday, it looks ok but I am wondering if we can have an additional session for NCSG PC at 9:00 meaning 2 sessions with coffee break in the middle.

I will reach out to CSG leadership to see if we can have a joint meeting in Seattle, if there is no objection.

Best,

Rafik

Hello all!

Please find attached a PDF of the sessions that I have scheduled for ICANN82. If you have any concerns with the time slots chosen, please respond to me directly. At this time I only have access to the GNSO schedule, I do not know how the other SO/AC schedules look.

Thanks!
