[NCUC-EC] Proposal for better coordination and accountability

Hi Amin! There is no problem on my side to have a longer periodicity - my
original idea would be to update the list as we are doing things (because
it is easier than remembering and putting everything down at once) and
sharing it monthly, but, thinking it better, doing it every few months
(right after or before each ICANN meeting, maybe) seems like a better
option.
Regarding the background of the suggestions made, I appreciate your
feedback and agree we should have our own particular methods. I'll just try
to explain myself that they both come from ISOC because most of my
experience with voluntary work in IG comes from there, and I try to share
what I see working well in a space. In this case, however, each suggestion
is from different origins: one is from ISOC org itself, but the other is
the national chapter, which works as an autonomous entity and on a deeply
different format. Nonetheless, I'll be more careful to avoid suggesting to
replicate too much of a structure.
Cordially,
*Pedro de Perdigão Lana*
