[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Re: Readout details

Great way forward thank you.
I will give a briefing on the members meeting and the side event
facilitated by Kathy and Milton.

I believe as attendance was not as expected due to the time zone (after 15
DC time), membership would benefit from our reporting back.

I am also thinking about maybe wisdom or pharell speaking from our policy
committee so that we rotate between our representatives (we already had
Manju and Tomslin speaking during the onsite meeting)
