I know we discussed tis yesterday, but that is one reason to have an e-mail address like “ncuc-chair at ncuc.org” . It can then redirect after any change in leadership.

Thanks for the edits, I’ll fix it and yes I’m not sure about what email we can ask them to apply to … maybe the main list. I can remove the * and use bold for emphasis.

I agree with Olga that the letter looks great! Thanks, Mili!
It needs a couple of corrections, though, as noted in the text (with highlighted strikethrough and new text in red. Of course fix all of these before sending.
Also, is it true that anyone can post messages to the ncuc-ec list? I note that applicants are asked to send their applications to that address. I thought it was restricted, or is that just for delivery.
And, are the asterisks intended to emphasize? At first I went looking for footnotes.

Hello EC,
Here is the page that needs to be completed for CROP, the FY23 NCUC Outreach Strategic Plan: https://community.icann.org/x/14A-DQ. And here is a link to the Procedures and Guidelines: https://community.icann.org/x/F4A-DQ. I will also do some digging on the NCUC Email archives to see how this was handled in the past within the constituency.
Thanks!
