Hi Ken
  Thanks for checking into this. I agree with your plan. I think a March
20/24 would be a good deadline. We will have the EC meeting early April
where we can make the decision and it will be in time to submit the name
before the ICANN deadline.

And we can send out the call once every week to the main list + NA list to
make sure more people have seen it.
