[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Schedule our monthly meeting

Good day and I hope your week started well.
Please kindly let me know when we can meet for our monthly meeting?  We
could meet on the 19th January, regular time if you are available.
It will be great to get you feedback tomorrow.
