Hello all, once again the Public Responsibility Support Department will be hosting the ICANN Community Groups: An Introduction for Newcomers Session during prep week at ICANN71.  This session will be taking place on Wednesday 2 June from 13:00-14:30 UTC.

 

We would like to invite your community group to designate a representative by Wednesday, 26 May to attend this session and do a brief presentation about your respective community. Please be advised that because of the time constraints, this will be a rapid-fire information session and therefore your remarks should not exceed 5 minutes. This session will be focused on the Newcomer and will be followed by a brief question and answer period. I will provide a standard slide, but you are welcome to send 1-2 slides if you wish (Please submit your slide to Deborah Escalera no later than Monday 31 May). I will share the deck once it is finalized. We know not every community group will be available to participate, however, we will distribute a schedule of suggested meetings/sessions throughout ICANN70 and encourage newcomers to attend them to learn more about the ICANN community. Please confirm your participation with us as soon as possible. Calendar invitations will be sent as appropriate. Please click here to sign up for a slot. Thank you for your support.
