[NCUC-EC] Opportunity to join planning teams for ICANN 71 plenaries

Dear all,

Some of you were involved in that planning for the previous meeting; if
anyone wants to jump in for the coming one, please be my guest, and I'll FW
you the doodle polls as the time slot for the prep calls are being
finalized.

Prep calls will be held weekly until ICANN 71 in June.

Plenaries: Gov't regulatory developments; ICANN and IG ecosystem;
Reputation blocklists providers.
