Hello, all.



I will be working with Maryam Bakoshi, Brenda Brewer, Ozan Sahin, Mary
Wong, the Meetings Technical Services, and Language Services teams to
support the two plenary sessions for ICANN70.



Below is the *compressed* planning timeline. The deadlines are important to
note. ICANN org is prepared to support the plenary sessions per the
expectations of the planning teams.



*Planning Call #1: Week of 8 March*

   - Discuss rationale and desired outcomes
   - Discuss program, including format
   - Finalize description
   - Revised description due: Friday, 12 March

*Planning Call #2: Week of 15 March*

   - Finalize program, including flow
   - Slides due: Friday, 19 March

To start the planning process, we invite anyone interested in joining the
planning team for a particular plenary session to *participate in the
relevant Doodle poll by* *12:00 UTC on Tuesday, 2 March*. This will help us
determine the best time for the planning calls.
