[NCUC-EC] Crop info and request - Rightscon

Hi all,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I support this, and am glad Bruna
took the initiative. We've advertised crop a number of times, and are
having difficulty getting volunteers to step forward. It's getting to the
tail end of the year and we need to use them or lose them, so this seems
like a good initiative.

I'll likely be at RightsCon as well, and would be happy to support
engagement or outreach work there.

Best,

Michael
