Dear EC,

Please find attached my proposal for NCUC Outreach Strategy for FY21.

Our Outreach Strategy Plan is the document that allows for our constituency
to offer CROP slots to our members. After we submit it, the document will
be submitted for concurrence from the Regional VPs at ICANN Org.

I did not innovate much from last years submitted outreach plan and the
distribution I am suggesting is the following (and is not fixed as we can
reallocate CROPs to other DNS/Internet Governance related events we see
fit):

*Events to be covered by CROP FY21(one or more events may be replaced due
to extraordinary reasons - meeting cancellations or strategy readjustments)
- At least one ICANN meeting, more preferably ICANN70; - One meeting of a
Regional Forum on Internet Governance (tbd); and - RightsCon 2021, to be
hosted in San José, Costa Rica. *

Also, I have been going through a personal situation and was not able to
give this document the attention it deserved until now and we are a bit
over the deadline. So, if you review this proposal in a timely manner I can
ask for an extension.

Therefore, I apologize in advance for the short deadline and ask you to review
this document until 17h00 utc, june 3rd. Just so it gives you some peace:
the document is not much different from the one we submitted last year and
got approved as FY20 Strategy.
